Sleeping up to six guests, The Keep offers fabulous self-catered accommodation split across two floors and sits in the heart of the medieval village of Bargemon in the Haut-Var region of Provence. Dating from the 12th century, The Keep stands guard over one of the village's fortified gateways and, along with only a handful of other apartments, forms part of the historic Bargemon Château.
With exposed oak beams and three foot thick stone walls, The Keep's open plan kitchen/dining room is the perfect place to rustle up delicious meals and the antique dining table can seat up to ten people so is perfect for a feast! The double doors open to flood the room with light and give access to a small terrace where guests can enjoy the afternoon sun and unwind over a glass of rosé.
The first bedroom has a double bed whilst the second can be made up with either a king-size double or twin beds. The sitting room is a lovely, calm room with a TV & DVD player and a wonderful king-size sofa-bed which means the room can also be used as a very comfortable third bedroom. Two travel cots and two high chairs are available for guests to use.
